We provide 50-minute sessions for adults (18 and older). The first session will be a 55-minute intake where the therapist will gather information, answer any questions you have, and begin collaboratively forming therapeutic goals and a treatment plan.

Finding a good therapeutic fit is incredibly important! We provide a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals, concerns, and determine if we are a good therapeutic fit.

We are always looking for new ways to support our clients, which includes incorporating new treatments learned in continuing education and working toward new certifications. Keep an eye out for our new service offerings, including in-person therapy.
